Holy Child English School Project

Prabhakar Patil Education Society (PPES) started Holy Child English Medium School in the year 2003, at Veshvi Gondhalpada, Taluka Alibaug, District Raigad.
Veshvi Gondhalpada is a small village of Alibaug, surrounded by other small villages where most of the population belongs to fishermen community. Our aim of starting an English Medium School in Veshvi is to academically upgrade this community & to raise the bar of their living conditions.

To remain loyal to our aim, we charge only a nominal fee of Rs. 500/- per month and we do not take any kind of “Capitation Fees”, so that everyone can afford to have quality education at their doorstep. Today there are total 684 hundred students in this school. Due to qualified teachers, high quality of teaching methodologies, extracurricular activities, free bus facility, scholarships to very poor meritorious students & standard practice to have only 40 students per classroom, we are getting overwhelming response from parents. At present we are running this school in our own Marathi Medium School building, on sharing basis. Every year we reject admissions to at least 75-100 students as we do not have sufficient place to accommodate them. Due to this factor the management of Prabhakar Patil Education Society (PPES) took a decision to build a new separate building for Holy Child English Medium School to accommodate maximum number of students, as per its standard practice. And with this vision, we started construction of a 4 storey, 32000 sq. ft. building.

We have constructed the outer structure of three floors & invested Rs. 2 Crore up till now. But one whole floor & finishing work of the whole building is remaining. For this remaining work we need your financial support to make this dream come true. So, join us! Be a part of PPES!
